From a landing-page, a customer can complete a sign-up form which starts them on the nurture journey, sending a series of emails over a period of time.
These types of nurture journeys can be used to engage customers in many different ways from getting a customer to subscribe to your newsletter, or nurturing a customer to sign up to use your loyalty program.
