About this solution

This solution uses a fictitious brand called Mortgage Brokers, a company who helps its customers take out a mortgage for their new home.

To configure this solution Kademi's lead management application (KCRM) has been used to manage incoming sales leads, then following a process using task management to nurture a customer across a series of funnel stages from qualifying the lead through to sending a proposal and collecting payment.

KCRM's lead management capability can be used in many different scenarios including:

  • Sales funnels
  • Reviewing and approving claims
  • Reviewing and responding to support requests


To set up this solution, the following applications have been installed and configured.
Application Configuration
KCRM Configured to manage funnel stages of a sales process.
K-Journeys Used to automatically create tasks for a sales consultant and send email notifications to a customer.
