The Mercedes Benz Star Class program was built on the Kademi platform to engage & incentivize its dealer network across Australia.

The Star Class program was made up of multiple programs targeting different roles within a dealership from sales consultants to after parts and service managers, where each program adopted different types of key performance metrics measuring sales performance through to customer service levels.

To support a complex sales channel of dealerships, Kademi’s organization and user management tools within our CRM suite were perfectly equipped to support a hierarchy which included sales regions drilling down to dealerships and participants within a dealership.  Through the use of Kademi’s sophisticated CRM tools, the Mercedes Benz program could be set up to support complex payouts across sales channels.

Once an organization hierarchy was established in Kademi, over 100 user interfaces could be dynamically generated and personalized to specific roles when they logged into the portal, meaning, what a dealer principle could see varied from a sales consultant or after parts and service manager - creating a highly personalized content experience.

Behind the key performance indicators was Kademi’s points engine, a sophisticated tool to calculate payouts that supports multifaceted rules that considered metrics, role types and SKUs. Payouts in the Mercedes Benz program issued points which could be used in a reward store, or bid in real-time auctions.
