Single click feedback

K-Feedback is a great way to ask your customers to provide feedback with a single click from an email.

Easily set up feedback topics, for example, emoticon icons, then using Keditor drop your emoticon feedback into email templates that are either manually sent out to customers or triggered by an event managed using K-Journeys

Here are a few features available when using K-Feedback:

  • Easily configure feedback topics and upload custom graphics for each response.
  • Configure responses to go to different web pages based on the type of feedback submitted - for example a survey built using K-Surveys.
  • Create customer journeys using K-Feedback goals which can include awarding points after feedback has been provided.
  • Feedback components are quickly dropped into email templates using Keditor.
